Pre-Order FAQ
When do pre-orders ship?
Every product is different and will have their own shipment estimates listed on their description. Various factors can impact how fast these products will reach me. This can vary from production issues, shipping delays, weather, and customs/tariffs.
Will my card be charged when I place the order or when the order ships?
Your card will be charged upon purchase! We collect the funds up-front and that goes towards producing the items you've ordered. This also avoids problems such as cards expiring or unexpected charges.
If I have both pre-order items and in-stock items in my order, will they ship together or separately?
Orders that contain both pre-order and in-stock items will be held and shipped together. This means that if you order something that isn't on a delay it will sent along with your pre-order when all of your items are ready to go.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Pennsylvania USA!
Do you ship pre-orders outside the USA?
Because we don't have definitive estimates for international shipping in the future, all pre-order items will be US only for now! This prevents international customers from overpaying on unpredictable fees.
How can I get notifications about my order status?
Once you've place an order, you will receive an email confirmation to the address you used at the time of purchase. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all necessary tracking information.
